Do I need to enter a credit card to sign up?
Nope! Benji's Free plan includes everything you need to start tracking expenses, manage receipts, and manage your business finances. We only ask for your payment info if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens if I hit my plan limits?
Not much. Benji doesn't automatically bill you for overages. If you hit your plan limits, Benji will continue to find tax write-offs. However, you'll encounter some limited functionality (e.g. number of receipts you can upload) until you upgrade.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
You can upgrade to a new plan at any time by going to the Billing screen in your account. Select the plan you’d like to upgrade to and immediately start using the new features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription from the Billing screen in your account. Downgrades to the Free plan will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing. You’ll always have access to your data—even if you switch back to our Free plan. We recognize your finances may vary from year to year and it’s why we offer a Free plan to ensure you never miss out on any tax savings.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). We recommend using the credit card that'll earn you the most rewards or cash back.
What’s your refund policy?
Payments for Benji subscriptions are non-refundable. With that said, if for any reason you’re unhappy with Benji, please let us know. Contact us from the app, give us a detailed account of what happened, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.
